Farmlevel Story

La Leona Producer

Edgardo Tinoco produces some of the best coffees, each uniquely distinct and memorable. Every year we purchase multiple lots from Edgardo Tinoco, and this year we’re excited to share another from La Leona. Edgardo Tinoco is known to experiment—pushing his varieties further each time and sharing his knowledge through each cup of coffee. With multiple years of farming and many Honduras Cup of Excellence wins, La Leona and its three generations of coffee farming showcase Edgardo Tinoco’s lifelong commitment to innovation.

This washed coffee undergoes extreme sorting and consistent drying measures overlooking the beautiful region of Santa Barbara to preserve the quality of the coffee.
