All subscription orders ship for free. One-time orders equal to or more than $35 will qualify for free standard shipping.
NOTE: Flash Brew requires expedited shipping methods to ensure product integrity, and, as such, it does not qualify for free standard shipping.
If you’d like to expedite your order, please select UPS 2-Day or UPS Next Day Air during the checkout process and note the additional shipping cost. Orders placed after 6 am PST on Fridays will ship out the following Monday. This includes any expedited shipping options.
We ship Monday through Friday. It may take 1-2 business days for your order to be picked up after your order is placed.

At Verve, our goal is to provide our guests with impeccable service, delicious coffee, and the highest quality goods.
If you are dissatisfied with your Verve purchase in any way, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our customer support team about a return or exchange within 30 days of purchase by reaching out to us or giving us a call at (831) 464-8141. We’ll do our best to get things squared away.
Once you speak to one of our Customer Experience representatives about your return or exchange, you’ll receive a pre-paid return label by email within a few minutes.
Simply print out the label, attach it to a box with the items you’re returning along with your packing slip (if you still have it), and send it back to us. We should receive it within 5-7 business days.
If you’re returning these items, you’ll see the refund processed 3-5 business days after we receive them.
If you’d like your return label to sent to you by physical mail, just let us know!
We want your clothing to fit and function to your liking. For all returns and exchanges, please reach out to us within 30 days after your order date. All returned Verve merchandise must be unused and with all packaging contents. Refunds will be issued upon receipt.

Requests for cancellations, change of address, or other updates to your order should be made within one business day of placing your order. Our business hours are 8:30am-5pm, Monday through Friday. Please note, we are unable to make an update once you have received a shipping notification.
USPS delays are currently impacting transit times, and orders may arrive later than expected. If your order has not arrived within ten days after it was shipped, contact us, and we will happily process a replacement order within two business days.
For damaged shipments, contact us within seven days of receiving your order. If possible, please share a photo of the damaged item & box.
Entered the wrong address? We are happy to cover replacing the product but asking the customer to cover the replacement package’s shipping cost.
2023 National Coffee Day Giveaway
1. Eligibility
1.1. Verve Coffee’s National Coffee Giveaway is open to individuals who meet the following criteria: Entrants must be 18 years old or older and live in the United States. Purchase not required for entry.
1.2. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Verve Coffee are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway.
2. Entry Period
2.1. The Giveaway entry period begins on September 29, 2023, at 12:01 am PST and ends on September 29, 2023, at 11:59 pm PST.
3. How to Enter
3.1. To enter the Giveaway, participants must subscribe to both E-mail and SMS communications from Verve Coffee Roasters.
3.2. Visit our National Coffee Day Giveaway entry page.
4. Prize
4.1. The prizes for the Giveaway are as follows:
- One recurring subscription to Roaster’s Choice Single Origin. Each of the 24 shipments will include a 12-ounce bag of whole-bean coffee. The delivery frequency is 2-weeks. Total value is $474.
- Ten recurring subscriptions to Roaster’s Choice Single Origin. Each of the 3 shipments will include a 12-ounce bag of whole-bean coffee. The delivery frequency is 4-weeks. Total value is $59.25
- On 10/3/2023, all content participants will receive a one-time use discount code for 15% off coffee. Exclusions apply. Terms and conditions will be included in the communications on 10/3/2023.
4.2. The non-transferable prize may not be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
5. Winner Selection
5.1. The winner will be selected randomly from eligible entries received during the entry period.
5.2. The winner will be notified via email and SMS within four days after the Giveaway's end date of 9/29/2023.
6. Claiming the Prize
6.1. The winner must respond to the notification within 3 days to claim the prize.
6.2. If the winner does not respond within the specified time or is found to be ineligible, another winner may be selected.
6.3 The name, address, email address and phone number of the winner must be provided to Verve Coffee Roasters if requested and will be shared to enable fulfillment of the Prize.
7. Publicity Release
7.1. By participating in the Giveaway, the winner agrees to allow Verve Coffee Roasters to use their name, likeness, and any submitted content (such as photos or testimonials) for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
7.2 The winner’s name and social media username may be posted on the social media profiles of Verve Coffee Roasters after the winner has been selected.
8. Privacy
8.1. Personal information provided by participants will be used in accordance with Verve Coffee Roaster’s Privacy Policy.
9. General Conditions
9.1. Verve Coffee Roasters reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway anytime.
9.2. Verve Coffee is not responsible for any technical issues, including but not limited to website or platform malfunctions, that may affect entry or prize distribution.
9.3. By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
10. Governing Law
10.1. The Giveaway and these terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the 158th Jurisdiction of Santa Cruz County.
