Produced by neighboring farmers Arturo Paz and Edgardo Tinoco in Santa Bárbara, this washed lot brings together two longtime producers from one of Honduras’s most influential coffee-growing regions. High-elevation cultivation and careful processing highlight citrus brightness, steady sweetness, and a tea-like structure, creating an approachable introduction to Santa Bárbara coffee.

This collaborative lot brings together two producers who have helped shape the reputation of Honduras’s Santa Bárbara region. Arturo Paz comes from one of the area’s most recognized coffee families and continues to build on the legacy of Beneficio San Vicente through careful farm management and experimentation. Neighboring producer Edgardo Tinoco has spent decades refining his craft, earning recognition through Cup of Excellence and establishing himself as one of the region’s most respected growers.

Together, Arturo and Edgardo contribute to a coffee shaped by decades of experience and a shared commitment to the future of Santa Bárbara coffee. As changing climate conditions continue to challenge producers across the region, both have remained committed to refining cultivation and processing practices while exploring new possibilities for quality.
