At his farm in Bensa, Tuke Yute applies controlled anaerobic fermentation to build intensity without sacrificing clarity. Cherry is sealed in oxygen-limited tanks before being dried carefully in the shade. The process heightens Key Lime and Raspberry vividness while Cane Sugar sweetness keeps the profile cohesive. The result is an expressive natural defined by brightness and control.

Farmlevel Story


This is our first year purchasing coffee from Tuke Yute, a producer based in Keramo Shanta in Bensa. From his 10-hectare farm, Tuke works closely with a network of 30 registered outgrowers, processing both his own cherry and coffee sourced from neighboring farms. Community partnership plays a central role in his operation, including a second payment made to outgrowers after harvest to ensure they share in the value of quality production.


Quality control is central to Tuke’s approach. He floats all cherry to remove under-ripe fruit and experiments with advanced processing methods such as anaerobic fermentation. Drying is managed carefully under shade on raised beds. This balance of tradition and innovation has positioned Tuke as both a dedicated farmer and a trusted community collector, contributing to the continued evolution of specialty coffee in Bensa.
