Dimtu Coffee Industry established their Shakiso-based washing station in 2007. Since then, they have been purchasing cherries from 798 certified organic farmers and offered excellent coffees like this natural processed lot. The high altitude of their coffee plots, combined with the members’ focus on high-quality processing has resulted in a delicious, silky profile with notes of fruit and florals. The Guji region receives ample rainfall and is marked by steep mountainous terrain- perfect conditions to support the vast array of coffee grown there. Guji coffee came onto the scene later than neighboring Sidamo and Yirgacheffe, but has rightfully solidified international recognition for consistently incredible quality and unique flavor profiles.
