Ribang Gayo Musara Cooperative
Our first Indonesian coffee came from this cooperative and we are thrilled to showcase this origin whenever possible. The cooperative was founded to unite coffee farmers and create a market for distinctive Asia-Pacific coffees. With over 250 members, the cooperative offers numerous advantages. Farmers receive better coffee prices and end-of-season second payment premiums based on profits from high-quality lots. Moreover, they provide comprehensive training to members on various aspects, including cultivation and processing.
Rwacof Mill
This lot embodies a clean and pure cup of coffee. Each coffee cherry is selectively handpicked to remove any damaged or under ripe cherries. Washing stations only accept perfectly ripe cherries, so farmers take more care when they pick to ensure the maximum amount is accepted. Working with other organizations in Rwanda, Rwacof Mill invests heavily in farmer training and exceptional agricultural practices.
