reviews:
Behind the cup
Bright and juicy notes of pomelo are balanced with a sweet sipping experience reminiscent of peach tea. Floral rose petals add an element that is both delicate and refreshing. Wilder is a sunny escape that you can enjoy on an adventure or savor to start a fresh new day. It stands up to milk, cream, and sugar and is enjoyed black.
The finest coffees in the world hand-roasted, small-batch brewed and preserved for you.
Add one packet of Verve Instant Craft Coffee into your mug along with 10 ounces of hot or cold liquid (water, milk, or milk alternative), give it a stir, and drink up.

STORY
Back on our menu to kick off the year is the coveted Wilder Blend. This year's blend features some of our favorite single origin coffees from Honduras, El Salvador, and Ethiopia. These lots are all washed, while they may undergo different fermentation and drying techniques, these coffees come together to create a juicy and delicate blend of flavors. This coffee is subtle and aromatic like the first bloom during the flowering season.
The Ethiopia component of this coffee comes from the Genji Challa cooperative, lending us soft floral aromatics and an amazing base to build our blend. We paired this lot with some of the best coffees coming from the Santa Barbara Region of Honduras. This past harvest year was difficult for Honduran producers, losing a great deal of their crop during the flowering season due to hurricanes and dramatic climate changes. The washed Honduran component builds up the intensity of this coffee with balanced citric notes. From El Salvador we have another washed coffee that is noticeably rich and bursting with flavor. Rounding the coffee out and bringing everything together to create an amazing melding of flavors and techniques from around the world.
