Love the people at Verve. I had a shipment ordered on Black Friday and “lost” by usps. They sent again and usps “lost” it again. I say lost because they showed that someone picked it up from the post office at 8 pm which isn’t me since they close at 5 pm. Anyways I reached out again to verve and they assured me they will get my order to me. They shipped it with UPS and it was in my hands within 2 days. The people who helped me made me feel valued as a customer and made it a point to make sure I was satisfied. They are always amazing in their coffee shops as well and should be an example for how businesses should treat their customers!
