If you’ve ever taken a bite from a ripe red apple, you’ll know the way this coffee tastes. This new Guatemalan coffee is layered with the citrusy, herbaceous notes of lemongrass and rounds out with a smooth, chocolate malt finish.

Fans of previous year’s La Esperanza will be excited to have another coffee coming from a nearby region in Huehuetenango.

    While it might just be one cup of coffee, ten to fifteen producers from Huehuetenango each played a role in creating this unique Guatemalan coffee. This year, these small farms weren’t quite ready to produce a bountiful amount of high-quality coffee. Collectively, they chose quality over quantity, making this year’s Primavera a coffee, unlike the rest.

    The name Primavera comes from the company that chose to support these small farms and farmers. By combining the coffees from each of these different farms, the producers can continue growing and expanding their resources in hopes of producing a more significant amount of high-quality coffee next year.
