Kolla Bolcha produces exceptional coffees grown in Western Ethiopia. Citrus and stone fruit notes accent this subtly floral Ethiopian Heirloom, creating a tropical and clean profile.

Farmlevel Story

Kolla Bolcha is nestled in the region of Agaro and produces some of Western Ethiopia’s most coveted coffees. The process is meticulous: specialized equipment removes the fruit and mucilage from the seed, and then the coffee is soaked overnight to remove the remaining sugars from the surface before drying on raised beds for a minimum of eight days. Western Ethiopian coffees grow earlier in the year and are the first to arrive at the washing station.
