Farmlevel Story
Farmlevel
This coffee joins our menu from the Kirinyaga region of Kenya. Kenya coffees are known for their unique and extremely fruit-forward complexities. Baragwi is a Cooperative Society that oversees over 16,000 farm members. Their elevation is high, and their sorting practices are very detailed. Kenyan coffee is processed often according to longstanding traditions. They sort parchment by density, wash it multiple times, soak it in ferment tanks, and then finish with another wash using fresh cold water from nearby rivers. Due to these practices, the cups are remarkable in flavor profile.
Never run out of coffee again.
