EACH BAG CONTAINS 8 OUNCES OF WHOLE BEAN COFFEE.
Tart notes of pomegranate are the first impression of this Honduran coffee. The cup quickly transforms into delicate, floral notes reminiscent of dandelion. At the finish, everything balances out with the classic sweetness of brown sugar.
Arturo Paz’s Pacamara is the perfect example of a well-rounded clean cup. Sweet, delicate, and balanced, we recommend this coffee for fans of previous year's La Colmena.

Farmlevel Story
Farmlevel
Arturo Paz comes from a long history of coffee production in Honduras. Starting with his grandfather planting the first coffee trees in Peña Blanca around 100 years ago, the Paz name, to this day, is well known throughout the region. Arturo has six different farms spread throughout the Santa Bárbara mountains, but his Pacamara comes from El Guaco. The name of this farm comes from a family story he shared with us while walking through his beautiful Pacamara farm. When Arturo was a little boy, his uncle gifted him a horse born on his birthday, which the family named the horse “El Guapo,” meaning “the handsome.” Unfortunately, when the horse was only two years old, it suffered ear damage. After that, the Paz family joked that the horse could no longer be called El Guapo, so they decided to call it “El Guaco.” That name was so close to Arturo’s heart that he named his beautiful Pacamara farm after El Guaco. Arturo is currently working to build a wet mill and an area for pickers to have clean water for showers or to take a break. He puts immense effort into ensuring his farms are well taken care of to set an example for other farmers in the area.
