This year’s Aragon returns with a crisp, red apple acidity along with a buttery, pecan-like mouthfeel.

Owned by Alejandro Zelaya Andrade, Aragon’s 18 hectares sit at the foot of Volcan de Agua, not far from his cousin Luis Pedro Zelaya’s Bella Vista dry-mill. The two work together to carry-out both wet- and dry-milling in the most fastidious of fashions.
Bella Vista has been passed down through the Zelaya family for four generations and boasts more than 100 years of experience. The cumulative knowledge of the Zelayas and the farms they work with combine to yield some of the most consistently impressive coffees we’ve had the pleasure to offer.
Continuing to exceed our expectations with respect to quality and consistency, year after year, we’re proud to offer this Farmlevel favorite for our seventh consecutive harvest year.
We believe the coffee experience is our responsibility from seed to cup. Coffee is our craft, our ritual, our passion. It drives us and inspires us. With this simple truth and responsibility we are bridging the gap from farmlevel to streetlevel. We are verve. Made in santa cruz.
