Microclimates like that of Alexander's farm, which push the boundaries of cultivable elevations in El Cedral, Santa Barbara; aren't just optimal, but imperative to the cultivation of the complex acids that define specialty coffees. The jaw-dropping views of Lake Yojoa - the largest lake in Honduras - are a bonus.
Split into two lots - one of bourbon, the other of pacas - Martinez' coffee is processed traditionally and dried on raised beds. Martinez' farm is only four years young and we're honored to remain the exclusive buyer in his fourth year of production.
