A deep sweetness like maraschino cherry is met with a tart, tropical fruit acidity in this returning Farmlevel favorite.

A third-edition Farmlevel exclusive; Alexander Martinez' 2017 harvest surpasses our expectations just as it did the first year we cupped it.
Microclimates like that of Alexander's farm, which push the boundaries of cultivable elevations in El Cedral, Santa Barbara; aren't just optimal, but imperative to the cultivation of the complex acids that define specialty coffees. The jaw-dropping views of Lake Yojoa - the largest lake in Honduras - are a bonus.
Split between two lots - one of bourbon, the other of pacas - Martinez' coffee is processed traditionally and dried on raised beds. Martinez' farm is only four-years young and we're honored to remain the exclusive buyer in his fourth year of production.
We believe the coffee experience is our responsibility from seed to cup. Coffee is our craft, our ritual, our passion. It drives us and inspires us. With this simple truth and responsibility we are bridging the gap from farmlevel to streetlevel.
