While our single-origin offerings are roasted to highlight the unique and seasonal characteristics that make them individually special, our blends, on the other hand, promise balance and consistency year-in, year-out. But, sometimes… We just can’t help but mash-up what we think are two or three of our most delicious seasonal offerings to yield something with the uniqueness of a single-origin, and the consistency of a blend.
Alas, this seasonal blend combines two very different tasting coffees from two very different places; Colombia Yacuanquer and Kenya Kiganjo.
Joining us from the Nariño Department of Colombia, in the central Andean mountain range, Yacuanquer provides a lovely base for the blend. Dense fruit and a juicy sweetness pair wonderfully with the more complex Kenyan coffee.
Next, from Kenya’s Kiambu county, coffee from the Kiganjo factory lends further concentrated sweetness rendering our new Wilder Blend the perfect companion to your New Year’s resolutions.
