  Finca Buenos Aires Estates is a relatively large farm of about 215 hectares in the Jinotega growing region. We historically have never purchased from this farm; however, we were blown away at its introduction on the cupping table. It's no surprise that they earn regular placement in the Cup of Excellence competitions. Buenos Aires is a relatively low farm compared to other origins, but with both mindful processing practices and a constant commitment to excellence, this coffee shines.
