- 2 tbsp Dose & Brew Craft Instant Coffee (we recommended using The 1950)
- 2 tbsp Kosher Salt
- 1 tbsp Coarse Ground Black Pepper
- 2 tbsp Smoked Paprika
- 2 tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tbsp Onion Powder
- 1 tbsp Ground Coriander
- 1 tsp Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Cayenne

Pat meat dry, rub with olive oil or avocado oil, use a generous amount of rub and coat all sides, grill to your liking, and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing! Serve with your favorite vegetable!
